Eye Surgery Considerations@eye-think

Aiting review from this community

I consulted about revision surgery. I spent more time talking with the manager than with the director, and the director seemed delicate and only said what was necessary, but he looked tired... It wasn't a very satisfying consultation. You should go in having thought of a lot of questions! And I didn't like the manager at all. I felt a bit of pressure, and since I was paying for the surgery with my own money, they treated me way too roughly, with no sense of service. They forced me to make a same-day reservation, and when I said I wanted to visit several places and think about it, they told me to come back for a third surgeryㅋㅋ They even asked which hospital I was going to and said nasty things in a snide way. Hmm... I decided to avoid them because it seemed like they were bad at hiring staff. If the manager is reading this... you should reconsider your job or change your mindset. In this world, who is going to just take that kind of pushiness seriously? You shouldn't treat psychologically anxious patients like that
