They had me take off my mask and took photos there to check my entire face. The director explained things well, like what the problem was and how they would do the surgery. But the coordinator pressured me to book the surgery.. and they kept pushing for same-day booking with a discount.. I wasn’t very interested, so I didn’t do it.
