It was my third consultation, but the consultation manager was subtly sizing people up haha. They didn't need to be that combative... The director also seemed tired and came late, and when I asked questions, it felt like they weren't really getting to the point. They pushed for forehead lift surgery without hesitation, and honestly I don't know if that's appropriate even knowing my age. And they said I had to decide by the next day. I'm not sure I can call that kind.
