I had a revision surgery because of a scar, and the consultation manager recommended ptosis correction, so at first I wasn’t going to have the surgery, but after watching YouTube I thought they seemed skilled, so I went ahead with it. I thought ptosis correction would fail or have no effect unless I actually had ptosis. I don’t even open my eyes using forehead muscles. But right before surgery, the doctor recommended it too. They said nothing during the consultation, then suddenly brought it up... It was a bit absurd. A month after the surgery, I got a stye for the first time in my life. The hospital said nothing, but when I went to the eye clinic, they said there was a high chance it was due to the surgery. Hm... Before and after, there were no side effects and almost no difference. If you get surgery because of a scar, you probably won’t be satisfied.
