Aiting Community Review

This is... Dr. Kim Jae-won is not at Aiting now, but even taking that into account, I’m writing a comment because it really left me feeling regretful. In August 2022, I spent 8 million KRW to have rhinoplasty with Dr. Kim Jae-won, and in April 2023, I developed severe inflammation, and the inside of my nose swelled up completely. I was so flustered and scared when I called, the consultation staff were basically like, since there’s no doctor here now, handle it yourself... I remember that no matter what I asked, they only said, Director Kim Jae-won is not here now, there is nothing we can do for you... In the end, I went to a nearby ENT clinic that does rhinoplasty, had nasal irrigation under anesthesia, and proceeded with surgery... In the end, all the donated costal cartilage that had been used had dissolved, and my nose became similar to before surgery Of course, I understand how the hospital staff must have felt too, but from the customer’s perspective, it was such a frightening and difficult time, and I was so distressed that they could only respond in that way. I’m leaving this rating because their response was very poor. From the customer’s perspective, I spent 8 million KRW on my first rhinoplasty, and inflammation developed in less than a year... It made me think that whether the surgeon remains at that hospital after the surgery is also extremely important.
