★ Apgujeong Topline Clinic Apgujeong ㅌㄹㅇ / arms + accessory breast tissue + scapular liposuction…

The manager sent me the before photos taken at the ㅌㄹㅇ hospital in Apgujeong! It was Manager Han Sung-jin, and he really takes good care of you! There is a discount if you promise to write a review. My back was bulging out, and I hated how my arms looked bulgy like a jar from the side, so I decided to have surgery. I really can’t tolerate pain, my skin is delicate, and I usually bruise easily, so I worried a lot because I thought I wouldn’t be suited for surgery. But unlike other people, dark-colored bruises didn’t come up, and thankfully only the small blood vessels showed clearly with just slight bruising. I did arms + accessory breast tissue + scapular area. My back really became straight, and my arms also amazingly changed into a straight line. The accessory breast tissue on the left is completely gone, but on the right, maybe because it is swollen, the size has decreased but a little remains. They say some people go to work from the next day, and since I really can’t tolerate pain, I thought that wouldn’t be possible and took vacation, but in conclusion, ★office workers can go to work! You can move around! (I didn’t believe it during the consultation, but it’s really totally possible.) They said moving is good for reducing swelling and recovery, so I went back and forth to the department store and around in front of my house without difficulty. But you have to avoid people! My friend asked if I really had surgery the day before and said it didn’t show at all, but if you bump into people it hurts so much, so you should only walk around places where there aren’t many people. (I end up avoiding people without realizing it so I don’t bump into them.) The surgery process is... You start after fasting for 9 hours. I’m not hungry, but water fasting is really hard for me... So I booked late and had afternoon surgery, but I recommend morning surgery more! On the day of surgery, if you arrive 1 hour before surgery, they do basic blood sampling, you change clothes, wash your face, gargle, take photos, and wait. Surgery is explained as taking 1-2 hours, but the amount and time can differ depending on the person, so 1 or 2 hours may be added, or it may finish sooner! So it’s good to plan with plenty of time. After signing the consent form before surgery, booking suture removal and two radiofrequency sessions in advance, and consulting with the director about the surgical areas, you’re ready for surgery. They say it differs by person, but maybe because my arms aren’t long, they didn’t make wounds on the backs of my elbows and proceeded with surgery through only two incisions in each armpit, for a total of four! I was nervous going into the operating room, but the manager and doctor took thorough care of me, and the nurse who placed the injection in the operating room also took really good care of me so I wouldn’t be nervous. For arm surgery, they put the sedation anesthetic solution into your foot, and when you open your eyes, the surgery is over. At other hospitals, if recovery is slow, they tell you to leave because they have to close, but here they wait even until dawn. It may be a small thing, but,,, it really made me feel reassured... + And not only the consultation manager but even the nurse’s daughter had surgery, so I felt even more reassured (I thought that if they’re already experienced and would even let their child have surgery, it must be safe). After surgery, if you’re not dizzy, they prepare orange juice and water, and if you’re dizzy, you can get an IV. I got up right awayㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ Then they removed the bandages, applied antiseptic, and even helped me put on the compression garment! I’m writing this on day 2 because I’m afraid my memory will fade with time, and I’m waiting for more swelling to go down and the line to get prettier!
