It’s been 15 years since I had double eyelid surgery. As time goes by, the skin around my eyes keeps drooping more and more, my double eyelids have almost become inner double eyelids, and only my left eye has lost fat/skin volume, so my eyes have become uneven ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ I also feel like I might have developed ptosis. When I open my eyes wide, my right eye opens wide enough that the white shows, but my left eye doesn’t open that much, and it feels like it’s covering my pupil too.. My face is already very asymmetrical, and now my eyes are uneven too, so it’s stressful. So I want revision surgery, but since I already have double eyelids now, how should I figure out what line would suit me?! I try pressing and making a line at home with tweezers, but since I already have double eyelids, it doesn’t form well ㅜㅜ I want to try a semi-out line, but I’m worried that if I get greedy it might not suit me,, I feel like they’ll say I need medial epicanthoplasty too for a semi-out line, but I think if I do medial epicanthoplasty, my look will become too intense, so I don’t really want it ㅜㅜ The eye photo at the very bottom is my wannabe eye shape. Could I get eyes like that., Please give me advice about revision surgery!!!
놔아악 The distance between your eyes looks close (though I’d have to see your whole face), so I’m not sure about medial epicanthoplasty. Don’t overdo it, how about something like an in-out line?
슈슈24 I think I’d have to look closely to know, but your eyes are fine even now.
아머리아퍼 If you make the semi-out line not too high, I think it would suit you well, and looking at the shape of the front of your eyes, a semi-out line seems like it would form without any problem. But if you do a semi-out line at your current eye crease height, I think it might look sausage-like, so lowering the line a bit and doing a semi-out should be okay.

똥아리 I think a semi-out line with slight non-incisional ptosis correction would work. But your wannabe eye shape won’t work because it doesn’t have aegyo-sal.
