I’m a 24-year-old woman now. I’m one of the people who had ptosis correction and non-incision double eyelid surgery in 2014. At the time, they said my face was asymmetrical, so they made the right side tighter, and after about 2 years, the loosely tied part came undone. My eyelids were already sagging back then, so incision surgery was recommended, but I hated swollen eyes too much, so I just asked them to do non-incision. I’m now in consultation for revision surgery. If I do it again, I want something like a partial incision or a hybrid with a thin line, but I’m worried whether it will turn out the way I’m imagining. I’m also worried because I think they’ll say I may need to trim some of the drooping eyelid skin.
Somehow this review turned into a revision surgery inquiry ㅜㅎ Based on my experience, for people doing it for the first time and younger people, I’d recommend partial incision over full incision, and for those with very sagging eyelids, I’d recommend incision so you can create a nice distance between the eyes and eyebrows. That’s all for now
