Having small eyes had been a complex of mine for a long timeㅠ I did get double eyelid surgery, but since my eyes weren’t originally big, they didn’t become that dramatically larger While I was wondering what I could do to make my eyes look bigger, I learned about posterior and lower canthoplasty and after consultations at several places, I ended up having surgery at my current clinic First of all, this clinic’s unique surgical method caught my attention I was told that most canthoplasty surgeries have a high chance of reattaching, but when I heard that if I had posterior and lower canthoplasty here, it would not reattach easily, I think I made up my mind to have surgery here because I didn’t want to have surgery multiple times When I went for the consultation, the clinic staff were so kind that they left a strong impression on me The consultant also answered in detail about the things I was curious or worried about, which I really liked When I consulted with the director, instead of just saying, “Your eyes will definitely get bigger!!” he emphasized doing only as much as realistically possible, and explained my current condition and the surgical method in detail, so I think I trusted him more because of his honesty The director was also skilled, so the surgery went smoothly, and I was satisfied with the result After surgery, the pain lasted about a day or two, but it wasn’t severely painful As the clinic told me, I applied ice packs whenever I had time The only uncomfortable thing was feeling unclean because I couldn’t wash my face until the stitches were removed; other than that, there wasn’t really anything As time passed after the surgery and I compared it, I could clearly feel the difference between before and after the widening It seemed like they opened it as much as possible within what could be done Everyone’s eye shape is different, so the extent to which it can be opened will vary, but personally I’m satisfied I think it’s better than not doing it! The lower canthoplasty photos I saw at other clinics didn’t look like they had been opened much, so even after surgery the results didn’t seem satisfying, and I worried that I might just be wasting money for nothing, but the posterior and lower canthoplasty I got here didn’t feel like a waste of money; I was actually satisfiedㅎㅎ
