This will probably be my last review, so I brought a 3-month review after my first nose surgery I had no nasal bridge at all, wide nostrils, and a round nasal tip, so even though I liked my other facial features, especially in photos, my nose made me look dull and chubby, and I was really stressed about it 3 mm silicone for the nasal bridge + alar reduction + donated costal cartilage & ear cartilage for the nasal tip That’s how I had the surgery done, and I was so happy that I could keep the original image of myself that I liked while balancing my overall features with a slimmer-looking nose Honestly, even in the beginning, there wasn’t anything that uncomfortable, but after about 3 months, there’s no feeling of it shifting when I lie on my side, and it’s just comfortable and natural like my own nose, so as someone who pursues a natural look, I’m very satisfied with the current state! My original nose was very low too, but I wasn’t greedy about height, and my wide nostrils were my complex, so I also had alar reduction done, and the scarring was left really minimal, to the point that it doesn’t show at all when I wear makeup, and makeup doesn’t really settle into it either, so I’m super satisfied,,, I’d like to express my thanks to Director S.J.W. at D.R. Plastic Surgery near Gangnam Station... I hope I won’t have any reason to come back to this community in the future >_< (I hate revision surgery) Thank you for reading!
