He said he had operated on many more extreme noses than mine, and I liked how confident he seemed. Near the end of the consultation with the director, he asked if I had any more questions, and since it was hard to get an appointment, I asked if I could look at my notes because I wanted to ask everything while I was there. He personally took my notes and answered each question one by one(?)
