I've been getting it for 4 years now. I'm satisfied with the effect. There isn't much difference from the side, but from the front my face has really become slimmer, and after doing skin care and grooming myself a bit, I often hear that I'm good-looking. But maybe because the muscle that used to cover my jaw has disappeared, my side profile seems like the square jaw looks even worse I might end up shaving down the bone soon.
