When I was first a senior in high school, a friend got double eyelid surgery, and it turned out so natural and pretty. So I asked which hospital she went to, and she had done it at a small local place.. The problem was that I thought too lightly of it because so many people get double eyelid surgeryㅜㅜ Just after seeing my friend, I immediately went to that hospital for a consultation and had the surgery. But the doctor was so kind and gave such a thorough consultation that I trusted he would handle it well. According to the doctor, my eyes didn’t really need an incisional method. So at first, I had the non-incisional buried suture method. But about 3 months after the buried suture method? one eye came undone. So I went back to the hospital and had only one eye revised again with the buried suture method. That was the second surgery.. But then it came undone again after another month. So I went back again and had a third surgery.. The third surgery was a full incisional method.. But even though it was a full incision, everything came undone in less than a month. So only then did I complain to the hospitalㅜㅜ But what the doctor said then was that my eyes were difficult to operate on. He sure told me quickly ^^ If he had told me during the first consultation that my eyes were difficult to operate on, I would have thought it over... Of course, the biggest fault was mine for trusting that hospital too much and continuing to have revisions there... Anyway, during my senior year of high school, I had eye surgery three times, and my friends jokingly teased me asking if I was a plastic surgery monster. I laughed, but inside I was really so depressed. I didn’t even want to see people. I had no double eyelids, only scars left on my eyes, so it looked awful. Still, after I complained, I got a refund for the surgery fee and even the medication costs.. They were eyes they couldn’t possibly refuse to refund.. haha Anyway, I went around with those eyes for 4 years.. What I heard most often was that my eyes looked like I had messed them up using double eyelid glue. So there was a line above my eyes, but it wasn’t a double eyelid.. and the line was crooked too, so a lot of people misunderstood it that way.. Every time I looked in the mirror, I got so irritated and wanted revision surgery, but because I was worried, what if it got ruined again? I spent 4 years like thatㅜㅜ In the end, this time I chose the hospital well and the surgery went well, but there’s no perfect success.. My eyes no longer suit my whole face, so they’ve become very awkward.. And the scars that doctor ruined me with back then still haven’t gone away... This time, I went around to consultations trying to choose hospitals for surgery, and everyone looked at me with pity hahahaha And now that hospital must be doing very well, because it expanded and reopened in an area with lots of foot traffic.. haha Every time I pass by, I want to set it on fire. Anyway, everyone, never take plastic surgery lightly and make sure you research it well. The doctors at the hospitals I consulted said my friend’s case probably turned out well by luck because her skin was thin.. I also thought, why do I have no luck.. ha..
