I had a short, very wide bulbous nose, and I had the bulbous shape corrected with fat removal and cartilage suturing, and also had my short nose corrected. I’ve heard so many people say my nose looks pretty since the surgery!! I’d heard that I looked cute before, but this is the first time I’ve been told I look pretty, so it feels a little amazing. A lot of the swelling has gone down compared to the beginning, so it’s becoming more and more natural, and it looks much more refined and pretty. My face isn’t exactly on the slim side, so I thought the balance would look strange if only my nose became too slim, but I think it came out beautifully because the proportions of the nasal tip, nostril wings, columella, and nasolabial angle were all adjusted well. Rather than looking artificial, it feels much more like my original nose!! Before surgery, I used to apply shading and highlighter almost in heavy chunks, but now I don’t have to overdo it, so it’s convenient. Communication was consistently good before and after surgery, and they explained in advance the things I might be concerned about, so I got through recovery without any particularly difficult period. I’m really satisfied with my nose now. I think rhinoplasty makes the biggest difference when it comes to changing your image.
