When I had surgery for a deviated septum + sinusitis in 2017, they removed my septal cartilage.. Since my nose has already been operated on once, even if ear cartilage is used, there isn't enough cartilage, so it goes all the way to autologous costal cartilage + revision surgery + nasolabial angle correction... I guess I should just blame my low nose that costs a lot of money.. I'm also curious whether people are satisfied after having surgery at BYJ. I deleted the surgery cost just in case.

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
