When my face is expressionless, it’s not so much bulging as the dark circles are really severe (the right side is especially bad). When I smile slightly with my eyes, I’m not sure if it’s a fat issue or a muscle issue, but only under my right eye bulges out like in the photo ㅠㅜ This is definitely an area that needs fat repositioning, right? I want to avoid fat grafting if possible, but my under-eye area also looks a bit hollow, so I wonder if they’ll recommend fat grafting too ㅠ I’m still in my mid-to-late 20s, but it’s so stressful..
