Hi everyone~ I was concerned about my low nasal bridge, so I went around to 6 clinics for consultations, and I’ll post my reviews. 1. ㅈㄹㅇ / Director ㄱㅇㅇ: This was the first clinic I visited. After a CT scan and a consultation with the consultant, I consulted with the director. He examined my nose carefully, touching it directly and using a cotton swab to stretch it and show me the shape. I didn’t have much knowledge at the time, but he explained everything in detail, so I learned well what my nose needed and how it could change. I also mentioned that I was concerned about my nostril wings, and he said they would probably look okay once the nasal bridge was raised and lifted. (No septal deviation, septal cartilage amount is fairly okay; also recommended using rib cartilage to get the shape I want; nasal bridge silicone around 4 mm + nasolabial angle correction + correction of the sunken area under the nose) 2. ㅇㅇㅂ / Director ㅁㅅㅎ: As I had heard, I think the wait was a bit long. The consultation seemed to end quickly compared with other places, and I think the explanation was brief. (3 cm of septal cartilage is needed, but only 2 cm can be harvested from me, so autologous costal cartilage was recommended; nasal bridge silicone around 4.5 mm + nostril wing reduction + bulbous nose correction + nasolabial angle correction + fat grafting recommended) 3. ㄷㅇㅇ / Director ㅂㅅㅇ: This was the place I liked the most after seeing photo reviews. I was a little surprised by the size of the clinic, and after the CT scan and consultation with the consultant, I met the director. Like clinic 1, he touched my nose directly and examined it while pulling with a cotton swab. He explained things in a gentle tone, so I think I listened feeling good. Here too, he said nostril wing reduction would look artificial, so let’s not do it for now. (Septal cartilage alone would be insufficient, so using rib cartilage together was recommended; nasal bridge silicone 4-5 mm + bulbous nose + short nose + nasolabial angle correction) 4. ㄴㄴ / Director ㅊㅎㅈ: After the CT scan and consultation with the consultant, I met the director, and I think he explained things kindly. After pressing my nose, he said my septal cartilage was weak, so rib cartilage would have to be used. He suggested using septal cartilage for the nasal tip instead of ear cartilage. I liked that he honestly told me that, considering my face, if we wanted it to look natural, it would not be possible to achieve as much as in the photos I brought. Here too, he said nostril wing reduction wasn’t necessary! (Hump + short nose + nasal tip) 5. ㅂㄹㅇ / Director ㄹㄷㅇ: I think the clinic interior here was also really nice, and the consultant explained a lot. It left an impression on me that she said choosing a clinic is important, so I should visit other places too and think carefully before deciding. I think the director also consulted in detail on each part of my face. Here too, he said it wouldn’t be possible to look exactly like the photos I wanted, and he accurately understood the look I did not want. But here, he said he would use about 5 mm of silicone, though he said it wouldn’t be excessive, and for nostril wing reduction, he suggested just slightly trimming the protruding part. I think this was the first place that explained aftercare/A/S to me. (Nasal bridge + nasal tip + shaving + nostril wing reduction) 6. ㅇㅇㄹ / Director ㅈㄹㄱ: This was a place I really wanted to visit after seeing reviews saying the consultation was extremely detailed and good. There was a bit of a wait because he had surgery, but they let me know in advance, and once he came, he examined me thoroughly, so I think it was okay. But what he told me here was a little different from the other places, so I’m conflicted. After looking at the CT and examining my nose a bit, he said the amount of septal cartilage was sufficient, so he would proceed with septal cartilage alone, but because the septum was leaning to one side, two functional procedures would also need to be done together. This was the first time I heard about functional procedures, but when we looked together in the mirror, I could see that my nose was a little crooked. (He said it was also essential to prevent the nose from becoming crooked or deviated after surgery.) For the nasal bridge, he mentioned around 4-4.5 mm. Also, looking at my face, he said the point under my nose (I think he meant the contact point between the nose and the philtrum) is sunken, making my midface look very recessed, and he said correction of the under-nose point is the most important thing for my face. (2 functional procedures, nasal bridge & nasal tip + hump + bulbous nose + retracted columella + short nose + under-nose point projection) I think clinic 6 gave a really thorough consultation, and the consultant kindly answered all my questions, so it was a very satisfying consultation and I felt drawn to it. But after thinking about it afterward, I feel like there are quite big differences from the places I visited before in terms of materials and functional procedures, so I’m wondering how I should decide. Among the 6 clinics, I narrowed it down to 1, 3, and 6. Then I came to know about this community too, but when I searched here, it didn’t seem like these places were mentioned that much? To be honest, when I was researching online, I didn’t really know about this place, so I visited based only on reviews from Naver cafes and the ㄱㄴㅇㄴ app. From what I’ve heard here, Naver cafes have a lot of advertising, right..? It seems like clinics such as ㅂ / ㅂㄴㄴ / ㄱㄱ / ㄴㅇㄷ and so on are mentioned a lot here for nose surgery, so I’m also considering whether to visit a few more of those.
레몽크림 How long did you wait at ㅇㅇㅂ? You’ve pretty much been to all the major large clinics... Do you think the pros and cons differ a lot between large clinics and private clinics?
성이참 Is number 2 ㄴㄴ? Could I possibly know what the price was like? I’m looking into functional and cosmetic rhinoplasty.

Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewApr 30 Is rhinoplasty difficult if I want to keep my dorsal hump?
I want to correct my bulbous nose, so I went to consultations at a few places. They all said that if they put cartilage in the nasal tip and raise the tip, they would have to shave down the dorsal hump on the nasal bridge and place silicone

I’m a man, and my nose used to have a slight hump, but it wasn’t high and was small, so it didn’t have a masculine feel, and it didn’t really look handsome either. This time, I had surgery with Director Kim Ji-hoon at Ppeulli Plastic Surger
