First of all, the director is an otolaryngology specialist, so it was good that he analyzed and consulted on my nose professionally. He said that for rhinitis surgery, septal deviation surgery and inferior turbinate reduction would be enough. I didn’t want to insert an implant, so we consulted on a no-implant procedure + correction of a droopy nose. There were no major disadvantages that stood out. He said that if there isn’t enough septal cartilage, donor costal cartilage could be used, so when I asked why, he kindly answered that based on the CT, looking at the size of the septal cartilage, he probably won’t use it, but in rare cases where the septum is unusually floppy, it could be used. The consultation manager also didn’t pressure me about events, so it was straightforward and good.
