It has been almost 10 years since I had double eyelid surgery, but maybe this has been recognized as a pore too, because sebum keeps filling up (roundly) in the spots where my eyes were tied with sutures. Is there anyone like me?.. Because of this, the line at the outer corner of my eye gets blurred and it is so stressful, but even when I search, I do not see any cases like mine..ㅠ

오뜨야 I have it too. I have it both above and below, so when I squeeze it, it comes out from both the top and bottom. It is so annoying ㅠ
