I went to the clinic today.. Yesterday the inside of my nose was so red that I called the clinic.. They said inflammation almost never happens and told me not to worry too much.. But I was still concerned, so they told me to come in today so they could disinfect it and check the wound, so I wentㅋ. In the end, they said everything was fine, disinfected and removed all the scabs stuck inside my noseㅋ, told me the wound was healing well and not to worry, so I came back feeling goodㅋ I also confirmed my appointment for the 1-month checkup next weekㅎ They said I can put a cotton swab moistened with water inside my noseㅋ They said there’s nothing there now, so I don’t need to worry much anymore^^ The nurse who disinfects inside my nose is so kindㅡㅜ. When I cried after the splint was removed and I saw my face, she asked if it was because of the swelling.. told me not to cry and even gave me laser treatment.. Today too, while treating and disinfecting it, she said it had improved so much that it was almost unrecognizable, and was happy for me as if it were her own matterㅡㅜ After disinfecting and wiping my nose, it feels so goodㅋ I worried for nothing.. Today marks 3 weeks, and I still have some tingling. When I asked, they said it would be like that for a while.. So now I’m going to stop worrying about the tingling. They said it’s the wound healing and that it’s normalㅋ For the past 3 weeks since removal, I haven’t missed a single day coming to this community, searching for things I was curious about, and it helped me a lot. Now the pain I had after removal is gone, and most of all, I’m so happy I don’t have to take headache medicineㅡㅜ Now I have a nose without a bridge, but I’m going to live loving it. Don’t be afraid of removal. I was too, but once that period passes, things get better again..^^
