Hello, I am a man in my 30s who received alar reduction + repositioning surgery from Director Park Geon-uk at Gami Plastic Surgery. I had surgery because my nasal alae were quite large, but to state the conclusion, I am not that satisfied. The nasal alae themselves did get smaller, but should I call it the root? Maybe because that part did not fundamentally become smaller, I honestly cannot tell that it changed much. It was not a small amount of money either. During the surgery consultation, I was asked whether I wanted them to be reduced dramatically or naturally, and I said I wanted a dramatic result, but honestly I do not know if it is that dramatic. No one knows that I had surgery except my family, and even my family says that if I had not told them I had surgery, they would not have known. I feel like I should just see it as having given money to the director. Haha With photos
