I had surgery about 5 years ago, and I think quite a lot of the cheekbone-area fat has gone down. It went down a bit asymmetrically, so I don’t really like the shape of my left cheek Still, I think it’s not bad in its own way. Around 4 stars.. The fat graft didn’t take, and almost all of it disappeared haha
