I went to a clinic famous for fat grafting, but they said I couldn’t have the surgery because I didn’t have enough fat, so I had surgery with implants. I’m 162/50 and completely AA. I told them I wanted it absolutely natural-looking!! I also didn’t want a large size, so I got Mentor Xtra / transaxillary incision / 215cc inserted on both sides. Compared to other people, I thought I really got such a small size, so I didn’t know it would look this unnaturalㅠㅠㅠ My nipples are hanging right at the very edge of the implants, and the nipple tips are facing the floorㅠㅜㅜㅜㅠ It’s only been 10 days since surgery, so I wonder if it’s because of swelling, but I’ve never seen a review where they’re hanging that far down toward the floor, so I just keep crying. When I met the director at the 1-week mark, they said the surgery went well and that right now it could look like pecs because of swelling, but when the upper fullness drops, will the nipple direction and position move up a bit too? Or is it really completely ruined?
