I joined a community and am leaving a review For my 4th revision surgery, I went around to 10 places for consultations. They said they couldn’t fully touch the asymmetric nasal alar area caused by an accident, so I passed on all the other places. Only two places said they would try, and I chose this place because it’s an ENT clinic and they said they would also treat the deviated nasal septum inside I had surgery without silicone, using autologous costal cartilage to build up the nasal bridge and columella. At first it was very high, but as time passed it got lower, so I do feel a bit disappointed. I also wish the nasal tip were a bit higher, but the nose itself became smaller and was corrected, so everyone says it turned out pretty and well, and since it doesn’t look very obvious compared with my original nose and after surgery, people don’t know I had my nose done
