This was the first place I had a consultation after deciding to get plastic surgery. It’s a large hospital, and even though I went with a reservation, the waiting time was seriously incredibly long. I even went for my first consultation with a reservation, but they said the director I had requested was in surgery and I couldn’t see them, so I only talked with the consultation manager and left; And when I visited with a second reservation, I had to wait 1 hour before I barely got to see the director’s face. But there wasn’t a single word like sorry for making me wait, and the consultation started right away in a rush. Um... honestly, they didn’t seem very professional, and there was no explanation about how the surgery would be done. Overall, it was a hospital where everything felt disappointing.
