Everyone, I’m considering revision rhinoplasty because of cartilage absorption, an upturned nose phenomenon, and asymmetry. I want to use autologous costal cartilage for a feminine-looking, rounded nasal tip, with the tip raised but the columella lowered!! Would Limited and Mind be okay? Please recommend hospitals that are good at revision surgery and the design I wantㅠㅠ!

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
