I went for a consultation at ㄷㄷㅇ(ㅓㅓㅗ), and they said they use donated costal cartilage together with septal cartilage? Is donated costal cartilage okay? The cost difference with autologous cartilage is pretty big, so can someone who has tried it tell me whether autologous is better or whether donated cartilage is okay too? Or please recommend a clinic too!

공공찔뽕 For my rhinoplasty revision, I originally considered donated costal cartilage too, but the comments I got back then said donated costal cartilage can be absorbed and has a possibility of side effects, so if I don’t plan on having another revision, I should do autologous costal cartilage. So I’m going to look into autologous costal cartilage... Well, I am getting revision surgery though... For clinics, I’m planning to go for consultations at ㅍㄴㅅ, ㅁㅎ, and ㅁㄷㅇ.
