Considering a second revision nose surgery

I had my first surgery in my early 20s with autologous dermis.. It was too natural, so 5 years ago I had my second surgery with silicone, ear cartilage, and donated costal cartilage. Even though it was done by a doctor famous for noses, I'm not satisfied. The part where the nasal bridge starts from the forehead is too blunt, the nasal tip has dropped a lot, and my nostrils show too. You know, when you had nose surgery but it's so natural that if you don't say you had nose surgery, no one would knowㅋㅋㅋㅋ This time, I went to a dermatology clinic and compared it with photos taken 2 years ago, and it seems like my nasal tip has dropped by 2-3 mm... So I'm thinking of having revision surgery with autologous costal cartilage. With autologous costal cartilage, will the nasal tip not drop and be okay??ㅠㅠ
