I had my first surgery in my early 20s with autologous dermis.. It was too natural, so 5 years ago I had my second surgery with silicone, ear cartilage, and donated costal cartilage. Even though it was done by a doctor famous for noses, I'm not satisfied. The part where the nasal bridge starts from the forehead is too blunt, the nasal tip has dropped a lot, and my nostrils show too. You know, when you had nose surgery but it's so natural that if you don't say you had nose surgery, no one would know This time, I went to a dermatology clinic and compared it with photos taken 2 years ago, and it seems like my nasal tip has dropped by 2-3 mm... So I'm thinking of having revision surgery with autologous costal cartilage. With autologous costal cartilage, will the nasal tip not drop and be okay??
qwaszx103 There are no side effects, and you're considering revision surgery because you want to make your nose a bit higher??
Heygrul227 I'm also considering revision surgery because my nasal tip dropped like yours...

Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoFeb 2 Questions about nose implant removal!

Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoFeb 2 I’m considering early correction because my nose looks bigger after bulbous nose surgery
What I wanted was just a neat-looking nose, but it feels like they put an absurdly Lee Min-ho-like nose on my face, so all I can see is my nose. It doesn’t seem like the nasal tip will become slimmer, does it? I’m on day 10 after surgery…
Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoFeb 2 If the stiffness in my nasal tip loosens up, will the tip come down more?
I hope the tissue also softens and the columella area comes down a bit. Do I need to wait at least 6 months to see?
Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoFeb 2 Please take a look once
It’s been about 9 years since I had nose surgery, and I had my nasal bridge, nasal tip, and alar reduction done. A bulbous nose was my complex, but it didn’t improve, so I get stressed every time I take photos and I’m looking into revision
