When getting revision rhinoplasty this time, considering things like inflammation, autologous costal cartilage would be better, right? I’m thinking of autologous costal cartilage, but what if they recommend donated costal cartilage when I go? And when I go for a consultation, if the director says a dramatic nose would also suit me, I’m open to doing it, but I absolutely don’t want it to look like I had plastic surgery. If I request that during the consultation, will they listen? During my first surgery, they didn’t properly reflect needs like thatㅋ... So I’m asking, I’m curious about what the consultation atmosphere is like at Hanabi, OM, and RU for nose consultations. I don’t know about anything else, but I really hope they reflect my needs wellㅋㅋㅋ

나리꽃다발 Personally, I think autologous costal cartilage is a bit better!! I got it done at RU, and the follow-up care was good! As for reflecting needs, they spent a long time on the consultation.
