I have uneven eyes with inner double eyelids, and recently I’ve been considering double eyelid surgery + under-eye fat repositioning, so I want a thin semi-out line in the front. But I heard semi-out lines fail a lot I want a semi-out that’s like NewJeans Haerin’s in-line?? I’m looking online for hospitals where the price isn’t too burdensome and the consultant and director are decent, but since it’s my first time, I’m not sure The places I’ve looked into are about these..
