Eye Re-Surgery@eye-redo

I’m curious, when getting revision eye surgery, can’t they just do excision?

Originally, during my first surgery, my eyes had an in-out line, but because of the inner corners, it looked like an in-line. Since it had come undone anyway, I had revision surgery with an incision to make it a semi-out line, but it’s a bit high on me, so I want to lower the line? My right eye is naturally smaller than my left and also opens less, but the line height is the same as the left. My left eye feels comfortable to open, but whenever I go for revision consultations, they keep recommending ptosis correction. I don’t want ptosis correction; I just want to lower the line by about 1-2 mm through excision. Is it not possible to do only excision..?ㅜㅜ If they excise, they’re cutting out the skin between the new line and the existing line and attaching the two lines anyway, so I feel like ptosis correction isn’t necessarily needed.. Rather than making my eyes look more defined, I think I’d be fine with just lowering the line..
