I’m looking into another revision rhinoplasty I don’t want my nose to be that high I just want it to come out in the shape I want I want a straight nasal bridge and a really pretty columella Does anyone know a private clinic that shapes the columella slightly angular or plump like in the photos? Private clinics only! Oh, and the third photo is really the nose I want. Is this considered a dramatic nose? I think it looks natural, but I’m curious whether my standards are a bit different from other people’s..

익명 A nose like the third photo is pretty high, though? It’s definitely not natural-looking. I think you probably feel it looks natural because the starting point between the eyebrows is low. If you just look at the nasal tip height, it seems similar to Karina’s nose, which everyone calls dramatic.
