When getting revision surgery after buried-suture surgery

I had buried-suture surgery and am looking into revision surgery. One place recommended epicanthoplasty, full-incision double eyelid surgery, and ptosis correction. When I said I didn't want an incision, they said an incision is needed to release the existing line. One place said ptosis correction with natural adhesion would be fully possible. I don't want an incision or canthoplasty. If I only do ptosis correction with natural adhesion, will the existing line stay in place and make it double-layered? Or will it settle naturally into one line?
