Side effects review 6 years after septal cartilage + silicone surgery

As the title says, in 2011 I had my nasal tip raised with septal cartilage and silicone was inserted between the eyebrows, but about a year later the cartilage came out through the left tip of my nose ㅜㅜㅋ I went back to the hospital where I had the surgery to remove it and planned to get a second surgery 6 months later, but people around me said the cause of the side effect might have been silicone inflammation, and that once inflammation happens, even if you have revision surgery, inflammation will happen again. But I also think it may have been due to my own carelessness after surgery. It had not even been a year after surgery, and I pressed on my nose hard while doing a nose pack. I did that not just once or twice, but many times with a lot of force, and I’m not sure whether that could have been the cause. If anyone knows, please reply. The nose surgery itself turned out so natural that if I have revision surgery again, I think it would be fine to make it look a bit more obvious. Right now I’m planning facial contouring, so when I get nose surgery again I’ll post another question. The conclusion from my experience with nose surgery is that when you have the operation, you should make it somewhere between natural and obvious in appearance (if possible, obvious tends to be prettier), and after nose surgery, you should avoid touching your nose for the rest of your life if possible~!! Massage is also forbidden!! Then I hope everyone ends up with a beautiful nose^^
