Hello. Continuing from the post below (first surgery - osteotomy, Gore-Tex, nasal tip tying), I’m posting my revision surgery review. Five years after the first surgery, I decided to have revision surgery and was looking into hospitals, and I ended up choosing a hospital that performs autologous dermis surgery. For the surgery, they removed the Gore-Tex and inserted autologous dermis. For quite a long time after the surgery, the shape looked unnatural, like an Avatar? nose. In my case, I think the autologous dermis took a very long time to settle. It has now been about 4 years since surgery, but there are side effects? that have occurred over time. If I go to places that trigger allergic reactions, relatively unclean and dusty places?, the area around my nose swells a lot. Because of that, the shape of my philtrum and mouth changes, and my facial impression becomes worse. Truly, because of one momentary mistake in the military, I ruined the past 10 years of my life. I’ve decided on revision surgery again and am looking into hospitals. I heard autologous dermis removal surgery is difficult, so I’m more worried than I was during my first revision surgery. If anyone is reading this while considering nose surgery, absolutely do not get nose surgery. Before surgery, I heard people say I was handsome 2-3 times a week and had some confidence in my appearance, but because of one momentary mistake in the military, I ruined the past 10 years of my life. Not only my appearance, but I used to have an optimistic personality, and even my personality changed. I’ll wrap up this rambling post here.
