Review of going back to the kitchen after breast surgery and 1 week of restㅎ

This may not apply to office workers, but I work in a kitchen.. Because it’s schedule-based, I can’t just take days off whenever I want But I was pretty close with the manager at the store where I work So they helped me get about a week off, and I went back after exactly one week of rest Honestly.. if you can rest, rest for a long time... Otherwise, I want to say just quit and have the surgery..ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ It depends on the job, but for me, my work inevitably puts strain on my arms and chest muscles ㅜㅜ So I just worked with the mindset of closing my eyes and leaving it to luck If you can avoid it and rest, I hope you avoid taking on that kind of risk.. I did try to avoid lifting heavy things as much as possible and use tricks where I could, but still, inevitably When it got busy, I just did it^^..ㅠㅠ Still, it’s been over a month now and nothing is wrong I think I may have been lucky. I was scared the Glam consultant would scold me, so I couldn’t tell her I went back to work after just one week But when I went for a progress check, she asked if I use my arms a lot That’s when I confessed everything.......ㅎ Luckily I didn’t get scolded, but it felt like they checked more carefully.....ㅎ But.. on the other hand, my physical condition was honestly good enough that I could go back after only resting that much! After breast surgery, I think people ask about the recovery period the most, and except when I had to put strength into my abdomen, I was fine. Maybe because I had inframammary incision.. Or maybe it’s just because I usually have good stamina.. Ah!! And I was worried because many people said the support bra is uncomfortable, but it wasn’t as uncomfortable as I thought I do think everything depends on the person, but maybe because the one I wore was a custom support bra made with added convenience + a function to help create cleavage well It was wearable...!! I think this also varies by person. Instead, after surgery my skin got a bit dry Ah, I normally never apply body lotion, but I’m slathering body lotion all over my body I’m also applying stretch mark cream whenever I remember. I sometimes forget to apply scar ointment after showering, but stretch mark cream is just something I seem to apply unconsciously Like a machine..ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ And people around me had no reaction at first and didn’t notice at all, but when I took off my long padded coat I felt like there were some glances? Especially at work, when I was changing into my uniform, close coworkers came over And said things like my body looked seriously insane, that they hadn’t known all this time but were really jealous..ㅎ I couldn’t bring myself to say I had surgery....ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ I’m not planning to hide it, and later if they ask whether it’s natural or surgical, I’m going to openly say I had surgeryㅎ Anyway, if you can rest, after breast surgery I recommend not making your body suffer and resting well for 1-2 weeks And from around days 3-5, you can think of yourself as able to do normal daily activities! Based on inframammary incision. Also, for swelling, looking at 1-3 months is right. The major swelling is all gone by 1 month, but the minor swelling doesn’t go down that easily Maybe it’s more so because I stand for a long time and have lower-extremity edema.. Still, I’m very satisfied that I had breast surgery, and I’m recovering without any issues so far, so I’m just living day by day feeling gratefulㅋㅋ I’m like, my body, please hold on just a little longer~~~ I feel like once exactly 3 months pass, I’ll really be able to let go of a whole bunch of worries and live comfortablyㅠㅠ Why is time passing so slowly?? Is it because it’s still early??ㅠㅠㅠㅠ
