I got pico toning at a factory-style clinic without knowing anything, and it had absolutely no effect It was just a waste of money, seriously I had been recommended a ruby laser to destroy my freckles and moles, but while looking into that, I just went to a neighborhood clinic recommended by an older friend (with 4 or fewer dermatology/plastic surgery specialists) There, they had something called Pico Triple, a CO2 laser? They used several machines, but I don't know because there wasn't much information I only heard that they do freckles, moles, and toning all at once First, in my case they were fairly shallow, so they said 70-80% improvement was possible with 1 session But since freckles are genetic and come back with even a little UV exposure, they said I'd have to get it done once a year anyway My freckles were spread across my nose bridge and cheekbones to the point that even pouring on foundation and concealer wouldn't cover them (a typical freckle pattern, yep) so I was fine with that and proceeded *** Note: I'm unemployed, so I don't go outside the house [Day of procedure] 1. Applied numbing cream and proceeded 2. With anesthesia, I didn't really feel much; only when removing moles it stung a bit ㄴ Maybe I didn't feel it much because I also often get laser hair removal 3. Bought Esroban + regenerative patches, received the precaution instructions, and went home [Day 1] 1. I woke up at dawn because, aside from the stinging, it was so, so itchy ㄴ I thought maybe scabs were forming, so I endured it, but I really couldn't, so I searched it up ㄴ Until then, I thought it was a laser side effect ㄴ But it turned out to be a side effect of Esroban ** ㄴ I had Bearoban at home that I normally use, so I switched to Bearoban 2. Because it was itchy, I kept scrunching my facial muscles, and the mole removal area opened up and bled ㄴ Stopped the bleeding, applied medicine again, and cleaned it up 3. Until then, they told me not to wash my face if possible, so I felt so gross I thought I'd die 4. Scabs forming, none have fallen off [Day 2] 1. Lightly rinsed with water 2. Changed and reapplied patches where there was oozing 3. The scabs are still there, so the freckles actually look darker [Day 3-4] 1. Able to wash with foam cleanser ㄴ But rub gently, and even when rinsing, collect water and splash it on like sprinkling ㄴ Only pat with a towel too 2. Did skincare properly ㄴ I had been too scared to do it, then went back to my usual routine 3. Ointment + regenerative patches are still ongoing 4. Most of the extremely tiny scabs fell off ㄴ It was my first time in my life seeing my skin without freckles 5. Bearoban is slowly becoming itchy too ㄴ I think it's a mupirocin side effect, but I have no choice but to use it, so I'm enduring it ㄴ Wondering if it would help, after the Bearoban fully absorbed and a few hours passed, I applied Acnon cream + Noscarna too (doing this made the itch a bit better) 6. There seems to be some flushing **************************** This procedure probably varies hugely from person to person, but if you're definitely someone with freckles, I think you'll see a lot of improvement and be satisfied!!
