I had surgery at Kim Jin Plastic Surgery, and eye enlargement surgery my ass.
My eyes don’t close all the way, and even though I had ptosis correction, opening my eyes is actually harder than before surgery.
During the surgery, they cut away all the spare skin and used it up, so it’s even hard to find a hospital for revision surgery.
It was non-incisional-looking monolid eye-shape correction, but after the surgery adhesions formed, so every time I open my eyes, I get this weird sunken crease that isn’t even a double eyelid.
After the surgery they give some weird protein injection, and the bruising lasted over a month lol. Total quack doctor.
It was obviously botched, but the manager kept insisting it went well, and the doctor rambled excuses like, well, medicine can turn out that way statistically.
I’ve gone around to quite a few places for consultations, and already three doctors have said the surgery would be difficult.
One of them even expressed the opinion that it would be hard for eye-shape correction to make the eyes unable to close (opinion from another doctor from the same university).
It was disgusting and chilling that someone like that is called a specialist.
