Breast Surgery Reviews@breast-review

4-week review of breast fat grafting.

This is my 4-week review following my review of the breast fat grafting surgery process.

For about a week after surgery, the pain made me think, “Watch me never do this again,” but as I gradually recovered, it started to feel like, “Well, it’s manageable.” It’s like moms who swear they’ll never have a second child after the pain of giving birth to the first, but then get into the fun of raising the child and before they know it, suddenly plan a second.... (I’m unmarried;;;)

I had it done two days before the Lunar New Year holiday, then went home for the holiday, made jeon, and even did the New Year’s bow on the day of Lunar New Year, but honestly, I spent most of the holiday lying down. When I moved or tried to get up after lying down, groans came out on their own, and while I could pretend to walk straight with strong willpower, if I relaxed even a little, I was walking with a waddle. My mom scolded me, saying that after lying down all day, I couldn’t even walk properly, but she didn’t notice that I had gotten fat grafting.

For the first 2–3 days, I had almost no bruising, but from day 4, a huge sweet-potato-like bruise appeared on my thigh. Fortunately, there wasn’t any particularly severe swelling, and in my friend’s case, she said the bruising and swelling went all the way down to her ankles. She said she was swollen like an elephant’s instep, but for me, the bruising or swelling didn’t even go down to my knees.

When I asked about the recovery period during consultation, the consultant said many flight attendants get it done too, and in their case, some even fly after 3–4 days, but... everyone, if that’s true, those people are seriously tough!!!! I think you should avoid overdoing it for at least 5 days.

As for the much-awaited condition of my breastsㅎㅎㅎ Honestly, when I first looked at my breasts after coming home, I thought, “What is this chest armor... Kim Jong-kook, move aside...” I had expected a pretty, voluptuous, rounded breast shape, but that wasn’t it. They were thick, huge, armor-like breasts. My breasts were also quite firm. The clinic said it would be good to go braless for about a month, and because my breasts were firm, as long as I covered the BPs, I honestly didn’t really need a bra. Fortunately, it was winter, so with thick knits, I didn’t even need nipple covers, and I lived like a truly free spirit for about 2 weeks.

Now, about 4 weeks later, they look much less like chest armor than at first. They are gradually becoming more natural. They still aren’t the pretty teardrop-shaped breasts I originally expected, but my upper breasts have definitely filled out. I never wanted to become extremely glamorous from the beginning, and I also wasn’t completely flat before. I was about a full A cup, but the shape wasn’t pretty and I lacked upper-breast volume. So outwardly, I wanted it not to be obvious, but when undressed, I wanted people to think, “Oh, surprisingly full?”...ㅎㅎㅎ In that sense, I think it was quite successful.

Many people worry that all the grafted fat will disappear within a month, but in my case, I was actually waiting for the swelling to go down quickly because I wanted to get away from the chest-armor look. Since I haven’t tried wearing underwear yet, I don’t know the exact size, but even now that the swelling has gone down, I think I’m at least a full B. My friend who had it done 6 months ago is still maintaining a full B as well.

They said gaining a little weight helps breast fat survival, so I worried that the thighs I had fat removed from so painfully would go back to square one, but I decided to gain a little weight for just one month and, for almost the first time since becoming an adult, ate a lot without guilt. Now I’m at the point where I might keep only the breasts and lose the rest of my body, so I’m going to start managing my weight a bit again. If my breasts suddenly deflate while controlling my weight, I’ll come back and leave another review. To tell you absolutely, absolutely not to do itㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ

Then I’ll be off, bye

Bonus: small difficulties I didn’t expect at first - Couldn’t shower for about ten days until stitch removal!!!! - I’m someone who sleeps on my stomach, but because I had to sleep lying straight on my back, I couldn’t sleep deeply. (No side sleeping, no stomach sleeping) - No massaging the breasts for 2 months. (Prior consent needed from boyfriend/husband) - Waterproof tape was applied to the incision areas, but my skin is sensitive, so the skin near my armpits broke out. - Maybe because of the liposuction, for several weeks my heels had a strange wriggly sensation. - The bruises on my liposuctioned thighs looked exactly like moldy rotten sweet potatoes... gross..
