I’ve said goodbye to my flat chest for good. Will the size go down more?

Before getting my breasts done, my body was so flat that I couldn’t even really say I had anything there lol.. It’s a bit much to go into every single reason why I decided to do it, and it’s TMI, so I’ll skip that. But I had been thinking about surgery for quite a long time, and I didn’t decide after only going to consultations this time either. For years, I went to both large hospitals and private clinics, without being picky, and I just hope you understand that I made the decision carefully in my own way. Honestly, when I went for consultations before, the hospital itself was a large one, so the waiting time was really long.. there were so many people.. and the consultation wasn’t even that thorough, so I didn’t like it; Back then, I couldn’t bring myself to go through with it and gave up on surgery, but when I made up my mind to get breast surgery again, I thought I should have it done somewhere that handles things quickly and where the director gives a detailed consultation. That’s why I did it here, and I’m not just saying “surgery is great~” without thinking. I liked that there was no pressure about the size, implants, or even the incision site, and I liked that they clearly diagnosed me for dual-plane placement, Mentor implants, 350 cc on both sides, with inframammary fold incisions. Additionally, at the hospital, there was an anti-adhesion agent that I could choose to purchase, and this was my first time hearing about something like that at this hospital. I was told it helps prevent adhesions, where organs or tissues become abnormally connected due to an inflammatory reaction after surgery? So I bought it together. It’s good to prevent things in advance and be careful about safety! Personally, after the surgery, what I feel is that I haven’t been in society for very long and I didn’t have much money saved, so I had been looking at cheaper implants and hospitals that offered a lot of events. But the hospital where I had my surgery was reasonable in terms of cost, and they also guaranteed lifetime aftercare, which tempted me and was one of the reasons I had surgery there. Of course, I didn’t have any major pain after surgery and recovered quickly, so my satisfaction was even higher! Compared to the first week, the tissue has softened a lot and I can see the shape gradually settling more naturally, so I’m satisfied with the surgery itself, but I’m wondering when all the swelling will go down.. There hasn’t really been any size change yet?? It just feels like the upper fullness is gradually coming down. Even if the swelling goes down, the size won’t shrink more or disappear, right?
