Ack.... It was a revision surgery for a bulbous nose.. We decided to do osteotomy, cartilage suturing, and use ear cartilage.. But once the swelling went down, the columella area had come down way too muchㅡㅡ It had become an arrow-shaped nose.. My nose originally had no hump at all, but after the osteotomy, a severe hump appeared.. So just 10 days after the surgery, they opened it again, inserted something into the columella... and hit the new hump again with a hammer..ㅡㅡ And even after that, the hump didn’t go away... I was stressed, and they said it would go in if I massaged it, so I pressed on the hump area by myself for an hour and also pressed the bony area beside my nose, and it turned into a pinched nose.... Wow... Never touch your nose after surgery..... So after 2 weeks I asked them to do revision surgery again... Because I touched it and it turned into a pinched nose.... This is really... I think I’m crazy..... I hate the doctor even more for giving a hump to someone who never had one
