I had an incisional double-eyelid surgery with a semi-out line. The right side seems to have come out well as a semi-out line, but the left side looks like an in-out lineㅠ Do they look uneven?ㅠㅠ When I pull my left eye in the direction of the arrow, it looks symmetrical, so why is that? Do I need revision surgery?
꿀떡시루떡 Swelling originally goes down unevenly.
Hehdh It’s been over 2 years since my double-eyelid surgery, so I don’t think it’s swellingㅠ
꿀떡시루떡 [@] Ah, then it probably isn’t swelling.
꿀떡시루떡 [@] From someone else’s perspective, I think it’s not very noticeable.
으잉오잉우잉 The left side does look like an in-out line.
십이두반 It looks like, during surgery, the incision on the left eye was made so the starting point of the inner corner line is closer than on the right eye. But in the photo, maybe because the line sizes on both sides are similar, it doesn’t look noticeably uneven.
리이이스 I think this is because of your eye structure. Your right eye is positioned higher than your left eye to begin with, so I’m not sure there’s a reason to get revision surgery. Wouldn’t makeup be able to cover it?
Hehdh [@] When I wear makeup, it does look a little better, but I still feel like it bothers meㅠㅠ If my eye structure is like this, would it still be uneven even after revision surgery?ㅠㅠ
리이이스 [@] If the eye structure itself is uneven, there’s a high chance it will still be uneven even after revision surgery.. That was my case too, so when I had a consultation, the doctor told me that perfect symmetry isn’t possible no matter what you do; improvement is possible, but symmetry is difficult.
jessica123… Slight unevenness can’t be helped because the eye structures aren’t exactly identicalㅠㅠ To me, it doesn’t look uneven.

Eye Re-Surgery@eye-redoNov 1 What’s the problem here?
I had a revision with the buried-suture method, but the line feels like it has dropped too much compared with the beginning, so I compared it with photos from week 2. As the swelling went down, my upper eyelid stayed the same, so because of
