I had rhinoplasty because my nose was big and wide, and that was my complex. I got rhinoplasty because I wanted my nose to become smaller, and I went to several hospitals. They said my nose needed osteotomy and nostril reduction, but at another hospital they said my nose didn’t need osteotomy and didn’t need nostril reduction, and that if I did nostril reduction I wouldn’t be able to breathe. They said if I didn’t do it at their hospital and did it at another hospital, I would come back to their hospital crying and regretting it. So I was swayed and had surgery at that hospital, but my complex actually doubled. My nose got bigger, and from that state it only became higher.. And I showed several photos of the nose I wanted, and they said okay, but my nose shape is the complete opposite of the photos I showed them. If I tell them, will they redo it? It became the nose the doctor wanted, not the nose I wanted..
