I regret getting rhinoplasty

I had nasal bridge surgery 1 year ago I looked into it because I wanted to avoid materials like silicone as much as possible and use autologous tissue instead There was a surgical technique where ear cartilage is crushed and wrapped in temporalis fascia I thought there would be no side effects and that it would look natural, so I decided on it.. The result was a failure.. There wasn’t much information about this technique, and not many hospitals performed it, but I was blindly swayed by the words “autologous tissue” and chose it, which I regret so much. I only had consultations at about two hospitals, didn’t really shop around, and just decisively chose a hospital There are no side effects, but there is a lot of scar tissue in my nose, so my nasal tip looks like a bulbous nose, and far from looking natural, it looks unnatural The hospital removed the scar tissue, but it filled back up in the same spot There’s nothing I can do about it, so I’m just living with it If I followed my heart, I’d want to take it out, but they say the ear cartilage and temporalis fascia have settled and are stuck tightly to the nasal bridge, so it won’t be easy to remove I have no intention of touching my nose again.
