I’ve had 3 surgeries, and this will be my 4th surgeryㅜ I want to improve my slightly see-through nasal tip and short nose (nostrils showing), so I’m planning to have surgery with Director ㄱㅇㅌ at ㅁㄱ. They said they would reuse my septal cartilage + use ear cartilage to extend the columella. The noses here seem round, short, and natural, but will my short nose definitely improve..? I just want my nostrils to show a bit less Is there anyone here who had it done here or is planning to?? I’ve put down a deposit for now

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
