Consultation-tour review for nose at ㅇㄷㅍ, ㄱㄹㅂ, ㄷㅇㅇ

ㅇㄷㅍ(ㄱㅂㅅ) I saw the Instagram reviews and they looked so natural and pretty, so I went there The consultant was also very kind, and since it was my first consultation I asked everything I was curious about; she explained things well and also told me to visit more places and decide carefully When I told the director about the part I had a complex about (blunt nasal tip), while shaping it, he suggested a direction for improvement + a naturally fitting direction that would suit my face well. When I asked all my questions, he explained kindly too! (nasal bridge osteotomy + nasal tip suturing + silicone for the area where a step-off would form) = 400 (review + same-day booking discount) He explained donated costal cartilage and autologous costal cartilage, and said I didn't necessarily have to use autologous costal cartilage and that it was optional, which I liked If using autologous costal cartilage, 500 ㄷㅇㅇ (ㅂㅅㅇ/ㅂㄷㅅ) First of all, as I'd heard, ㄷㅇㅇ felt like a large clinic The consultant was moderately kind, and I didn't have a designated doctor, but when I said I was also considering rhinitis surgery and wanted to consult about it together, she booked two consultations for me with cosmetic nose director ㅂㅅㅇ and ENT director ㅂㄷㅅ (ENT has a separate consultation fee of 27,000) I also had a CT taken and consulted at ㅇㄷㅍ, but here, after seeing the CT results, they said rhinitis surgery was absolutely necessary and started with how it doesn't show visibly, but the nasal bridge is quite deviated.. Then they proposed alar reduction + osteotomy + silicone (autologous or donated), and after all discounts it came out to 435 (donated), 446 (autologous) I think rhinitis was 150 + alpha ... ㄱㄹㅂ(ㄴㅂㅇ) Right after ㄷㅇㅇ was ㄱㄹㅂ, and here too, when I had a CT and consulted, they said the nose is deviated, but it's not severe, and if it hasn't interfered with daily life, I don't necessarily need to do it. (Since this differed from ㄷㅇㅇ, I was a bit confused) He explained everything very kindly. First, when I said I disliked how my nose looks upturned when viewed from the nasal tip + from below, he said my own nose is not a short/upturned nose and is not upturned, so if the nasal tip is lowered from here, the midface would look longer, and he explained why a long midface is undesirable He said I seemed to dislike a long midface, and that the reason he came to make custom silicone was that he was looking for a way to improve noses with a long midface using silicone, and ended up making it himself He gave me two options 1. Osteotomy + nasal tip suturing and cartilage insertion to improve only the nasal tip (350) He said his own child also had this done and was highly satisfied(?) I heard this as the director's own words 2. Osteotomy + custom silicone to slightly lower the starting point of the nasal bridge to get the nasal tip lowering I want + nasal tip (450) Before discounts it was around 400/600, and I was surprised because the discount range was quite dramatic. The director's kind of obsession? with noses felt somewhat trustworthy. lol .. Both ㄱㄹㅂ and ㅇㄷㅍ said that if I raise the nasal bridge just a little, I don't necessarily need alar reduction. Rather, reducing the alae could make it look like a contracted nose. Their direction of trying to improve it naturally is the direction I pursue, so I'm debating between the two
