I got it 6 months ago, and I think it lasted about 5 months. But maybe because my facial bones? my cheekbones and jawbone are somewhat developed, once the muscle slimmed down, I looked kind of like a starving person? lol From the front, it did look a bit slimmer, so that was nice, but for people like me with more developed bones, I think it may be better not to get it
