I basically did everything that can be done to the eyes except upper canthoplastyㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ I had only done epicanthoplasty before, but I wanted it opened a bit more, so I had a bit more done as an AS revision, and everything else was my first surgery. Today is day 11.
I was told a lot not to get double eyelid surgery, but not inner double eyelidsㅠㅠㅠ my eyes swallowed all my eyeshadow and eyelinerㅠㅠㅠ I wanted an in-out line.. and since I was doing it anyway, I also wanted to lower my eye shape a bit, so dual canthoplasty too... Human greed, seriously..ㅋㅋ....
I went under sedation twice (only briefly when they gave the local anesthesia), and the surgery took about two and a half hoursㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ Before the stitches were removed, it was hard even to open my eyesㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ The second photo was at dawn after I had surgery in the morning, did cold compresses, slept, and woke upㅋㅋㅋㅋ That was my eyes fully openㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ crazyㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ
I got so much eye discharge that when I woke up, my eyes were stuck together and would not openㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ I gently scraped it off with a cotton swab...
The common side effects of dual canthoplasty, like stinging eyes, tearing, and decreased vision, were only there for a few days before the stitches were removed, and now I have none! I also did not have corneal edema. I think they opened them well without overdoing it!! I barely had bruising either, hehe.
The director said my tissue swells easily, but because I do not have much flesh, the swelling would go down quickly. Has it gone down a lot for an incision?ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ For an incisional procedure, I think it really went down fast... The consultant said I have a body type suited for cosmetic surgeryㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ I wanted thin double eyelids, so I hope more than half of what is there goes downㅠㅠㅠㅠ
The line is clean too, right? heheㅎㅎㅎㅎㅎㅎ I saw the line today, and it was really clean, so I liked it.
Before the stitches were removed, I did cold compresses 6 times a day, and after the stitches were removed, I have been doing warm compresses 3 times, cold compresses 3 times, and walking 30 minutes each. I am also consistently drinking pumpkin juice three times a day..... Around week 3, I will put on makeup and come back to post another review.
P.S. The stitches for lateral canthoplasty and lower canthoplasty hurt like crazy. They seriously hurt so much. They handed me a doll, and I wondered what it was for, but it was for me to squeeze and claw at..ㅠㅠㅠ I clenched my fist, and the director personally removed the stitches, but I almost hit the director;;;;;;; I almost assaulted medical staff;;;
