I was supposed to have a nasal bridge without implants and ear cartilage for the nasal tip, but after surgery, they said the doctor had placed AlloDerm over the nasal bridge.. I didn't want a foreign implant in my body, so when they suggested donor rib cartilage, I changed it to ear cartilage Is there any option in this case? I'm 2 weeks post-op, and the shape is pretty, but the nasal bridge feels heavy, and I'm so worried that if it gets absorbed, the shape will change It also seems like the osteotomy inside is asymmetric What should I do?
