Everyone, was the effect of under-eye fat repositioning dramatic?? I’m looking into under-eye fat repositioning because of under-eye fat hollowing + dark circle pigmentation, and I’m planning to avoid fat grafting as much as possible. So far I’ve had consultations at about 4 places, and I’m planning to visit about 3 more before deciding. But they say if I only do under-eye fat repositioning, a step-off? could actually form in the hollow area, and if I do fat grafting too, I’m worried about calcification.. I can’t do this or that. Everyone who had under-eye fat repositioning more than 2 years ago, are you still satisfied?? Did the under-eye tear trough improve enough that it can be covered with makeup?
